Convenient location near airport, with nearby restaurants and shops. Rooms suitable for single occupancy. Big breakfast, unfortunately couldn't try due to illness. Good price, with reliable Wi-Fi. Comfortable bed and clean room.

I had a fantastic experience at Villa Kava. the room was excellent, clean, and comfortable. the location was convenient, close to the airport but still peaceful. the owner also provided useful information about public transportation to reach other destinations.

Villa Kava: super clean & cosy. Location close to airport. Loved the green garden and verandah. Lady owner was so helpful in English. Just remember to let them know when you're arriving.

villa kava exceeded our expectations for our anniversary stay in warsaw. the cozy rooms were beautifully decorated with personal touches and the clean, well-stocked toilet was a big plus. the lush green garden and verandah added to the home-like vibe. the owner was english-speaking and very helpful, making our stay even more enjoyable.

no decent restaurants nearby.

Conveniently located near the airport, this small private hotel offers clean rooms with comfortable beds. the bathrooms are tidy, and some rooms even come with a balcony. Guests can enjoy amenities such as a tea kettle and microwave in the corridor. there is a fantastic Italian restaurant nearby serving generous portions of delicious food. Perfect for a short stay between flights.

One downside is the unreliable internet connection, making it difficult to stay connected.

We had a great stay at this hotel. The room was clean, comfortable, and had all the necessary facilities. The location was very close to the airport, very convenient for us.
